Point sur l'offensive militaire turque à Afrin, à J57
Selon FNA, les forces turques et les militants alliés ont pris d'assaut les positions des combattants kurdes à Ma'abatli près d'Afrin et ont capturé les villages de Kokali Tahtani, Kokali Foqani, DarKayr et Ein al-Ajr. En outre, les militants soutenus par Ankara ont occupé le village de Joyaq près d'Afrin, et les villages de Khzyan Foqani, Khazyan Tahtani, Jalqam, Sheikh Balal, Jarkhatli, Qasem, Hill 800 et Hill 1500 dans la région du Rajou. Selon South Front, le 17 mars, les Forces armées turques (FAT) et l'Armée libre syrienne (ASL) ont atteint l'entrée de la ville syrienne d'Afrin contrôlée par les unités de protection du peuple kurde (YPG). Selon des sources pro-turques, les FAT et l'ASL ont engagé des membres des YPG dans les portes sud-ouest d'Afrin dans le but d'entrer dans la ville. Des sources pro-YPG affirment que de multiples tirs d'artillerie et frappes aériennes turques frappent maintenant la ville. Selon l'AFP, 200.000 civils auraient fui la ville depuis mercredi. Hier, les forces kurdes rapportaient que l'armée turque avait bombardé un hôpital à Afrin entraînant la mort de 16 personnes selon l'AFP, aujourd'hui les FAT ont diffusé une vidéo de l'hôpital. Cette vidéo avait pour objet de montrer que l'hôpital était resté indemne (vidéo ci-dessous). Selon l'OSDH cité par l'AFP, 11 civils ont été tués samedi dans un raid aérien turc contre la ville d'Afrin.

According to FNA, The Turkish forces and allied militants stormed the Kurdish fighters' positions in Ma'abatli near Afrin and captured the villages of Kokali Tahtani, Kokali Foqani, DarKayr and Ein al-Ajr. Also, the Ankara-backed militants occupied the village of Joyaq near Afrin, and the villages of Khzyan Foqani, Khazyan Tahtani, Jalqam, Sheikh Balal, Jarkhatli, Qasem, Hill 800 and Hill 1500 in Rajou region. According to South Front,, on March 17, the Turkish Armed Forces (TAF) and the Free Syrian Army (FSA) reached the entrance to the Syrian city of Afrin controlled by the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG). Außerdem besetzten die von Ankara unterstützten Militanten das Dorf Joyaq in der Nähe von Afrin und die Dörfer Khzyan Foqani, Khazyan Tahtani, Jalqam, Sheikh Balal, Jarkhatli, Qasem, Hill 800 und Hill 1500 in der Region Rajou. Laut South Front, am 17. März erreichten die türkischen Streitkräfte (TAF) und die Freie Syrische Armee (FSA) den Eingang zur syrischen Stadt Afrin, die von den Kurdischen Volksschutzeinheiten (YPG) kontrolliert wird. Pro-türkischen Quellen zufolge engagierten die TAF und die FSA YPG-Mitglieder in den südwestlichen Toren Afrin, um in die Stadt einzudringen. Pro-YPG-Quellen behaupten, dass mehrere türkische Artillerie- und Luftangriffe jetzt die Stadt treffen. Laut AFP, sind seit Mittwoch 200.000 Zivilisten aus der Stadt geflohen. Gestern berichteten kurdische Kräfte, dass die türkische Armee ein Krankenhaus in Afrin bombardiert hat, das laut AFP 16 Menschen tötete, heute übertrug die FAT ein Video des Krankenhauses. Der Zweck dieses Videos ist es, zu zeigen, dass das Krankenhaus unversehrt geblieben ist (Video unten). Nach Angaben der von der AFP zitierten OSDH wurden am Samstag 11 Zivilisten bei einem türkischen Luftangriff auf die Stadt Afrin getötet.
